These are my last two brews... Im drinking the witbier, and tasted the pumpkin ale (uncarb'ed)

The witbier pretty much tasted exactly like blue moon.

The pumpkin ale is awesome! its a mildly dark color, and has a nice sweet aftertaste. a few things I did diffrent with the pumkin ale:
1 - I sub. "McCormic Pumpkin pie spice" from food store - (approx 20g / 15 min) for all of the spices in the recipie.
2 - for the pumpkin I used 1 can of pumpkin from the food store (next time I'll probably use 2 cans)
3 - and I used American Ale II yeast (recomended by LHBS)

Well here they are:

Grumpy Belgian Witbier

and...

Spiced Pumpkin Ale

BTW...

The Grumpys' Belgian Witbier has to sit an extra 2 weeks in the keg after racking, despite the fact that they say "best when young and fresh" it was soooo much better after waiting.
