So in the top of my conical https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/new-diy-stainless-fermenter-361798/, I have a 4 inch triclamp ferrule. I could use some help figuring out how to configure one or more lids, or caps. I need fittings or holes in the cap to/for

Air lock
Blow-off tube
thermowell
cip ball
maybe some method of oxygenation and carbonation such as a long stainless or plastic tube hanging down with an aeration stone attached.
I don't want a cap for each function, but I'm having a hard time figuring out which ones I can put together. My first thought is to solder a 1/2" stainless coupler or nipple through the cap, maybe two, maybe one of each, which I can screw in on the inside a thermowell, a tube and aeration stone, and cip ball http://www.brewershardware.com/Rotating-CIP-Spray-Ball-1-2-Female-FPT-Connection.html
So what ideas do you guys have?

I'd weld on a 1.5" tri-clamp ferrule and then use a tee or a cross and have the ability to put up to 3 devices on at once.
