So I love me some nut brown ales. I enjoy them on the malty side and on the nutty side (often go hand in hand, but not always). I was wondering: since I have a fridge that I've modified so that I can lager in it (well tore the door up really ) perhaps a nut brown lager might be nice.
What would the flavor difference for the lager vs the nut brown ale. Also, I've never made a lager before but I have 7 brews under my belt, so general advice in terms of logistics?
