I brewed 10 gallons of Midwest Copper ale and plan on splitting it between two kegs. I am driving about three hours and wanted to know if it would be better to carb before i leave or just do the shake force carb when i get there. Im just worried the car ride will cause the beer to go flat too easily if i carb in advanced.

Does bottled beer go flat as it rides in the truck to the store? As long as the kegs are sealed the CO2 isn't going any where the beer will stay carbonated. You might plan to let the kegs sit for 30-60 minutes before you start pouring to help with foaming issues.
