Formulating some recipes lately and I found myself too reliant on Beersmith for my numbers so I decided to pull out some old friends.
I need to make it a point to refresh myself on how to design beers manually, so I know exactly how the beer will turn out. It would also be nice to double check my Beersmith numbers too.
Might be my favorite combination of brewing books.
