I used 7.5lb of raspberries and 3.5lb strawberries to make a 3-gal batch of wine. I started it about 3 months ago and tasted a sample today after racking it. It has a decent kick from the alcohol, but there is very little actual flavor. What should I do to bring some fruit flavor back to the wine?

Not much you can do now, except to let it age a bit and see if it comes back. That's a little light on fruit, but not too bad. The fruit flavor should emerge when the hot alcohol fades.
