I did Mutilated1's Bitburger clone, https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f58/cats-bitburger-premium-pilsner-100625/ and I have a few questions regarding bottling. It has been lagering @35 for about a month. I have read that I do not really need to add yeast at bottling since it has not been lagering for months. Would it hurt to add have a packet of dry lager yeast for insurance? My second question is do I need to bring it up to room temp before bottling?
