Sausage and Beer

OK, I've been offshore for two weeks now and still have a week to go before I can get back home. After reading through this forum, though, I just had to share my last weekend home. Friday SWMBO and I made 35# of pork sausage and Saturday was dedicated to smoking and drinkinn'! just thought I'd share some more meat and beer porn!

Reminds me of some of the good fresh pork sausage we used to be able to buy in
Tylertown, MS years ago.

Sweet Water IPA? As in the town of Sweet Water, AL?

Actually worked in Sweet Water a few times in a previous life.

Sorry it took so long to reply. Actually, Sweetwater as in Sweetwater Brewing out of Georgia. They have several fine brews.
