Got up nice and early, not intentionally even. Milled my grain at 9:30 and was all good and cleaned up by 3:30. Brewed up my first go-round at my own APA recipe. I'm going for something crisp, with a hint of caramel, and an accentuation on Centennial hops (with a little Cascade blended in for flavor and aroma). Got a 1.050 wort, but was aiming for 1.047, so, yay!
No complications, no dogs running away, everything was good and smooth. Man, I love when that happens!
Cheers!
