By one have some pointers before I brew tomorrow?
Recipe
3lbs briess wheat dme
2.5lbs 2 row
2.5lbs white wheat
.5lbs carapils
1oz hallertau @ last 15 min
Wyeast 3068

I have some extra 2row, whitewheat, carapils, and some light gold dme, along with some fuggles, and cascade hops if you think that'll make a difference.

I would suggest adding the Hallertau hops at the start of the boil for a more balanced flavor. Adding hops (in my experience) during the final 15 minutes does more for aroma than flavor, imparting a sweeter beer.
