Has anyone done this or is there a way to pull some of the yeast out of a carboy while there is still beer in the fermenter?
I'd like to make another wit because the one I made this weekend was... interesting, and if possible, I'd like to reuse the yeast. But I still want the beer to sit in there for another week. Ideas?
