I am going to be making a 1 gallon batch and was wondering how much Dry yeast (t-58) would be sufficient? I am not sure if I should use the whole packet, as that may be too much or maybe it will dry it out, from what I have read? Also how much priming sugar would I use? I do not think that a normal amount uses for a 5 gallon batch would be a good idea?

How did the fermentation work out with only using 1/4 the packet? Did it start within a day and complete at the final gravity you hoped to get?

Fermentation started (and looked) normal. I didn't take gravity measurements; to much wort/beer needed for my hydro readings. I let the beer sit in primary for about two weeks AFTER krausen had settled back. (I know shame, shame shame!)

I primed with three tabs per bottle. Would prolly use more (4 tabs?) next time.
