Due to my ability to project myself forward in time, I'm listening to tomorrow's Basic Brewing Podcast today

He is interviewing Chris Colby about a Belgian style of mashing called turbid mashing.

Anyone heard of it? Anyone do it? Anyone glad I'm sharing my timeshifting ability with my friends on HBT, so that tomorrow at work you can gather around the water cooler, and freak out your fellow homebrewers by discussing basic brewing on Thursday instead of Friday morning?

They had a whole article about it in BYO last month. Never tried it though.
