So I got a bit distracted and added too much water to the primary fermenter. I am making a steam beer and there is probably 5.5-6 gallons of wort instead of 5. Was thinking about adding something when I rack to the secondary to increase the concentration. One idea I had was to boil down a half or whole gallon of apple cider to make a syrup and add that. Or should I just leave it alone? Thanks for any help....
