I need to pay more attention to packaging, lesson learned.
I brewed a wheat beer with Mt Hood hops, the recipe and anline sources showed Mt hood to be 3.9 AA calculations got me around 13 IBUs which from what I can read is about right for this style beer,
Problem is after brewing I took a closer look and the Mt Hood hops I bought are actually 6.1 AA and will put me closer to 20 IBUs.
Question, how much difference in taste between 13 IBU and 20 IBU ?
