When to yeast and not to yeast thats my question

So I just racked my cider. I added some homemade condensed apple juice about 1 pint, with a pound of local orange honey and 27 ounces of water, mixed it all up. and now I'm wondering what would happen if I added more yeast? Will it start fermenting again, make it taste like poop, make it carbonate and hopefully not taste like poop, none of the above, or none of the above? I wish I had more experience but I don't so any advice will help. Thanks josh
