I bottled my "experimental cider" today. I used oats and briess, cinnamon sticks and apple juice. I back sweetend with juice concentrate and so far it tastes pretty good. My FG was around 1.035, somewhere in there, I guess 5% . I'm actually not sure. Ha ha
