Just curious. I just kegged my first Root Beer. I'm in no hurry so I'm not doing the gas/shake thing. I planned on the set and forget method. 30psi for two weeks at 38 degrees. Is that enough time? Could it possibly be fully carbed sooner? Later? Just curious from you experienced soda Keggers.

Yes, 10-14 days seems to be about how long it will take, but it could be a bit longer to get "right" if that makes sense.

It could be carbed up a bit soon, but not fully carbed up to the volumes of co2 that you have it set for.
