So I love this book. History is nerdy, awesome and easy to digest. Sections are clearly broken up and easy to find. Charts are super handy and informative.
However, it seems like this is getting to be a bit out of date. My copy says 1996, 2000 on the inside page so at least over ten years old during which period homebrewing has changed a lot. New yeast strains, more access to high quality European grains, greater diversity of grain in general, new hops, ect.
This is the only recipe formulation book I own and was wondering if there is another more updated one that covers as many styles and is as easily readable.
