Brewers Best has a pretty decent Irish Stout kit. I'd like to try to convert it to an AG recipe to use as a start before trying to make any mods.

The Extracts are for 5 G and are as follows:

3.3 # Dark LME
2 # Dark DME
0.5 # Maltodextrin

The rest I can handle

Thanks for any help

Typical dry stout recipe is:

70% base malt
20% flaked barley
10% roasted barley
1:1 IBU:gravity (low to no hop aroma)

You could also check out Northern Brewer's AG kits for recipes.
