After much prodding for my wife to make her a "lighter" beer, I've come up with the following recipe. I'm pretty confident it'll yield a beer that is light in color, only slightly hoppy with a clean, crisp taste. I'm not one for staying within a style, but I'm curious to see what style this recipe would fit in. I can't seem to match it to anything very cleanly.

3 Gal batch
5.5 lbs - Maris Otter
1 lb - Vienna
.25 - Crystal 20L
.25 - Carapils

Mash for 60 mins at 150

60 min - .25 oz Nugget
10 min - .25 oz Cascade
10 min - .25 oz Amarillo
1 min - zest of one lemon

US-05 yeast

Thanks!

Sorry, I forgot to include.

OG: 1.058
FG: 1.014
IBU: 27
SRM: 7

Would replacing the nugget hops with centennial bring more of a citrus flavor that I'm going for. What are thoughts on nottingham yeast?

the 60min addition won't add much if any flavor so use which ever hop you wish

i personally like us-05 better than nottingham esp for lighter beers/blonde ales but there are others that prefer notty
