Did my first back to back batches in one day. The temperature was 92. I went at it slowly because I was brewing on blacktop. With prep cleanup, brewing all times 2, it was over a 10 hour day. First observations was that the strike water did not have to be as hot, and because the ground water was not as cool, it took longer to cool the wort. I'm glad I have the big Duda 40 plate chiller, it is the same size as a therminator, but is over 12" long. I was able to get it down to 67 degrees with no ice in about 15 minutes or 20 minutes. My system is also all electric, so at least I wasn't sitting beside a campfire all day. Good news is that both brews are chugging away in my basement right now and it looks like its going to be a nice fourth of July!
