Anyone from the Midwest knows that Three Floyds Brewery's Robert the Bruce is the best Scottish Ale one can drink stateside. Unfortunately they aren't distributed out here in Colorado so like any good homebrewer I am going to make the beer I love to drink.

A bold Scottish ale with a complex malty body derived from roasted and crystal malts balanced with just the right combination of hops. I found the following grain bill on another brew board and was wondering what hops would everyone recommend I use?

Ibus:30 All at begining of Boil
90 Minute Boil
MashIn 162 F Hour Rest
Yeast: Fullers
Colour 18 Srm
Malt 85% 2Row US
1%Black Patent UK
1%Roasted UK
5%Caramunich 40 German
3% Crystal 10 US
2% Melanoidin German
3%Crystal 55 UK
Ferment on the cold side 62-65 F
