Hi all. Im attempting to do a beer similar to long trails double bag. Heres what im thinking.
Og: 1.074 fg: 1.019 ibu:38.67



8.5 lbs pale malt
.25 lbs chocolate malt
.5. Lbs crystal 60
.75 lbs lite brown sugar at end of boil
.50 lbs wheat

1/2 ounce northern brewer at 60 mins
1/2 ounce willamette at 20 mins
1/2 ounce mount hood at 20 mins
1/4 ounce mount hood at 5

Im undecided on yeast so any advice is appreciated
