Anybody try palmer's elevenses?

Well it's about time; here's how it turned out (I partial mashed).

It's been in bottles for about 3 weeks and it's really turning to be a nice beer. When it was younger I snuck a few bottles and it had a pretty strong smoke character. That has since mellowed a bit. The main flavor I get is a quite roasty, dark malt character with just a hint of typical nutty brown ale flavor. It's quite full bodied and flavorful for a pretty low OG beer. Praise those oats!

It's nice drinking and hits the spot when I want something light but still has some depth to it. I've given a bunch away to non craft drinkers and they seem to like it, if that means anything to you. I think it would make a hobbit proud.
 
You can drink your fancy ales, you can drink them by the flagon! But the only brew for the brave and true, comes from the green dragon!

Now I want to make this!
