I think it's too much crystal, so I'd ditch the carapils. It's not needed. With that amount of crystal malt, and all those hops, head retention is guaranteed.

I'd also change up the hops a bit. It seems like an ounce of warrior would make the beer plenty bitter, so I'd take the 40 minute bittering hops and move them to 5 minutes for flavor and aroma. For IPAs, I like the whirlpool hops, but I also like hops at 15, 10, 5 in addition.
 
I was actually thinkin about droppin the carapils. Thanks for the help, gonna adjust my hop schedule a bit as well from your suggestion.

2¢ - Drop the Warrior hops and use an ounce of centennial and an ounce of simcoe as FWH and drop the 60 addition altogether.
