I added some bitter orange peel to a belgian that I made a few weeks ago. It started out as an Orval clone, but after some feed back from some people on here, it wasn't going to turn out like Orval. So I just went with it. Its in secondary now, with some Brettanomyces doin their thing. Been there a week, gonna be there for about 24 more.
