i put my first cyser together yesterday and man o man is it bubbling
i used 3qts fresh apple cider from the local orchard and 2 pounds wildflower honey from the local apiary to make a one gallon batch i added 2 tsps yeast nutrient 1 tsp pectin enzyme 1/2 tsp acid blend and a packet of lalvin 71b-1122 yeast the og was 1.109 so when it ferms out the alcohol should be between 12 and 14 percent i pitched the yeast in and it started bubbling in about 15 minutes this morning i discovered that it soiled the airlock and man is it ever fermenting
