trub at the top? what is this

My IPA cooper kit has been in the secondary for a week now, Im sure its ready for the keg or bottles, but I have not seen this in the 5 batches so far.

There is what appears to be a trub like substanc at the top, when I ever so lightly bump the carboy some of it falls and pieces break off and float back to the top. what is this?

...are you sure it's done?

Mine usually gets a clear mottled look to it.

Im not sure if its done! I will take a gravity today, there hasn't been any airlock activity for a few days.

It's likely just yeast rafts. If you're getting that in secondary,you transferred too soon. Let it reach FG in primary before racking.
