Long story short: for some odd reason I can't recall right now, I got paranoid two weeks ago about bottle bombs and ended up fulling my bottles up until the base of the neck. I was initially worried about carbonation levels for the past few days, but now I can't help but worry if oxidation is an issue as well.

Should I be right to worry, or am I just being paranoid again?

Ive filled up to the base of the neck rather than half way up dozens of times. Usually I dont notice until im opening it and I say to myself "oh, the tide is out on this one".

Never been a problem.

Should be fine. The yeast will eat some of that oxygen when they are carbing the bottles (I believe).

I would recommend stable FG as a protection against bottle bombs. But I don't think you'll have an issue with what you did.
