I have a good harvest of WPL300 from a Weissbier I racked today. I plan to do anther Weissbier batch soon. I will obviously have extra.

Are there any good recipes for this yeast besides Hefeweisen style ? I am going to try to make some hard cider (Apple Bee) with some. How about beers ?

I recall the yeast seemed to ferment forever - it just hung in there ! Don't know if that is a good thing or not - maybe just a characteristic of the yeast.

I know this is a good batch of yeast, so wanted to keep using it.

that yeast is hallmark for the hefe style... you could do some experimenting, but 90% of a hefe taste is that yeast, so i think it would be too strong for most other styles, but the cider sounds interesting.
