I am giving this a try this weekend, but I am dropping the wheat LME down to 3.3lb to better stick in the style.

I would highly recommend norther brewer's dead ringer IPA kit. Awesome beer and pretty forgiving. http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/dead-ringer-ipa-extract-kit.html They also have an all grain kit for about $25

Put your temperature probe in a glass / bottle of water at the middle of your keezer. I have a little "bump" in mine where the compressor motor is. I put a pint glass of water there and the probe in the water. This will give you a close representation of beer temperature and not just the air...

My wife just moved down there, are there any good local beer places to go on dates? She is a big fan of Belgians, Wheats, Heffenweizens and an occasional pilsner. She is around the Palm Harbor area.

"power purple" from walmart is amazing stuff. Magic eraser is good too. I would try the oven cleaner as a last resort. As a side note, if you are still rocking one of the white plastic macbooks, you can make it look like new with a magic eraser :rockin:

Dead Alive

Nottingham has been pretty "festive" for me ever-time I have used it. Overflowing the blow off tube is pretty impressive though!
