I went from a $4,600 DCS built in to a $2,000 Sabre when we relocated to Texas... Sold a relatively new construction home when the wife got transferred and the built in grill had to stay... Guy who bought the house from us ended up with my outdoor kitchen.... Felt like I lost my best friend...

General Order #1 is a PITA..... I used Mr. Beer while in Iraq and Kuwait... I had too many limitations that prevented doing an actual brew.... Mr. Beer isn't the best, but it's better than Bud Light.... They appear to have a 5 gallon kit, which I don't think was available when I was in Iraq...

I've got 4 lbs of cascade in the freezer that I got for $4.99 a pound.... Scourer the internet for the really good deals and buy in bulk when you find the....

I'm Thankful for Beer and would be more thankful for an additional 20 gallon kettle to brew with!

The information they have listed on the aeration system explains the why you would be better off with the oxygenation system..... You'll never get above 8 ppm aerating... The down side is that aeration takes longer than oxygenation. Because the atmosphere is only about 20% oxygen, the diffusion...

Congrats Yooper...... You are awesome... I love Deer roast cooked with potatoes, carrots and onions and Deer stew..... I usually turn everything but the backstrap into small roasts and stew meat.... Cheers!!! :mug:
