This was exactly my thinking and why I asked for more info as to what he has read about electric and wheat.

I've been trying to do some research on this the past two days and cannot find anything the correlates wheat and an element to off flavors. Care to share where you have read some of this stuff? I am curious as I am about to move to a all electric system.

You must have missed the KBS, CBS and BCBS Cherry as well... There were other top notch guest taps but the good stuff goes super quick as they are mainly 1/6 barrels. I was able to get the BA Vanilla DL in the pub early before it ran out. They had BA Alpha Klaus on tap in the pub later...
