Fermenting great... but, I didn't put any yeast in?

Okay so I was mid way through a boil on a Cream Ale kit when I realized that the kit didn't have the yeast packet. I called the store, they are giving me a whole new kit, but... Whats really interesting is that the wort that I put into the carboy(about 2 days ago) is now fermenting? I...

Bass Fishing Tournament - Recipe Suggestions?

Haha, I got it now. I know the feeling oh so well... when the beer goes down in 3 gulps and your looking for the next before you even finish saying "aaaaaahhhh." If the weather is nice and warm, that would be the ideal beer that I want. I see that the Saint Arnold Lawn Mower is a Kolsch. I...

Bass Fishing Tournament - Recipe Suggestions?

Actually I have a Kolsch kegged right now, waiting for my tap to come in, but if its good I may consider making more. I think the Blonde would probably be good in the morning. I've never actually tried Bass Ale, would be funny. Might pick up a 6er and try it out. Thanks for the suggestions...

Bass Fishing Tournament - Recipe Suggestions?

Alright alright, So I just officially announced the dates on my annual fishing tournament. I've decided to brew either 5 or 10 gallons and keg it for the occasion. Was thinking of calling it "Pontoon Ale." But, I'm still trying to decide what kind of ale to brew. The tournament is the...
