    My Keezer - The Documentary

Enjoying the build. And the pics of your wood shop. :rockin: I saw on another post where someone took a bilge blower fan and some pvc to circulate the air in the keezer. I thought that was a pretty cool idea and didn't take up much space at all.

    Gonna Brew in Texas

Maybe 20 minutes if you miss rush hour. Hour and a half during rush hour. Traffic in this city is getting as bad as Austin and Houston.

    Gonna Brew in Texas

+1 Home Brew Party. Everyone there has been super helpful. They even have scheduled noob classes that are free if you buy your kit from them. Even if you don't the class is well worth the couple of bucks they charge for it.

How much beer do you drink daily?

Typically on weekedays I will enjoy 1 with dinner or after dinner while reading HBT. On weekends I may have a few extras depending on what I am doing. Texas has a zero tolerance rule when carrying a gun so I tend to wait until I am in for the night before pouring a cold one.

    Pre-bottling

If you have a choice, I would bottle it before moving it. If not, I would do whatever I could to minimize agitating the beer. The beer in the carboy should have a layer of CO2 over it so that would help.
