I flashed a D1 Mini pro with the ModeMCU flasher (16m flash size) and BrewPiLess.v4.1r4.d1pro.newui.16m14m.bin. It appears to have flashed OK and the LED on the board flashes about every 2 seconds but the brewpiless network never shows up on my wifi. Idea why?
I'm in the process of building a BrewPiLess using a D1 Mini Pro and was thinking of installing Fermentrack but all the install instruction I can find have you flashing it from a Rpi which I don't have. Is there a way to flash it directly?
I know the Foundry hasn't been out for that long but has anyone had any problems with it? I really like the idea of these but the one thing that bothers me is if something breaks it's scrap unless you can get parts. Since they're made in China I doubt there are any available. At least if...
I did that at our previous house for years. Wisconsin winters were too cold to mash outdoors. I made an electric HLT so I could safely mash in the basement. I'd carry the wort out to boil in two batches to make it easier.
BeerSmith calculated the cell count at 464 billion and the OG was 1.052 so I guess underpitching probably isn't the problem.
