only when there is nothing to do. now that schools has been out i am bored as ****. when school is back in i only drink once a week usually while watching or going to football games.

im goin to need to take a 1 month break from drinking when school starts let my liver recuperate then football season starts and this place gets crazy! roll tide!

Ugh so i feel exhausted, summer school at alabama is over, made great grades and so, for the past week and half i have just been getting drunk every day! usually only have about 7 beers a day however my cousin came up and we got completely wasted for 2days. Since fall school starts in about 5...

my last batch i rushed so i will probably let this one sit for about 3more weeks or so, maybe longer, the fermentation process only took 3 weeks but i kept it in the carboy for 1 month.

i will be force carbing it

So i just finished fermenting and have put the beer into a 5gal keg then purged the keg with c02. i wanted to know if i can now just leave the beer/keg in a room at 70deg or do i need to but it in the fridge now and cool it down so it will stay good fresh????

Ever since i started homebrewing, i have found myself drinking alot more. Every day for that matter. average is about 5 a day. I was curious as to how much other members here drink and is it really as bad for you as people say? Im not an alcoholic, i just love my brew, especially when it is one...

wow is this really true? where did you find this information? so if hops are bad for dogs why do some dogs drink beer? wouldnt the hops still sort of be in there? or is it just raw hops and a larger amount of it? whatever the case its good to know. i have to dogs that will try and eat anything.
