So i just finished fermenting and have put the beer into a 5gal keg then purged the keg with c02. i wanted to know if i can now just leave the beer/keg in a room at 70deg or do i need to but it in the fridge now and cool it down so it will stay good fresh????

It will be fine at room temperature, and will condition a little faster. I like to leave mine at room temperature for a few weeks, then refrigerate them for at least another few weeks before serving.

you can just leave it. It's called "bulk aging". It will probably doo your beer some good. 70 might be a bit high, but you should be fine. Are you priming it or planning on force carbing?

my last batch i rushed so i will probably let this one sit for about 3more weeks or so, maybe longer, the fermentation process only took 3 weeks but i kept it in the carboy for 1 month.
