Trying to make it last minute fell through, have fun all and maybe I'll be able to make it next year.

This sounds like a good time, I think I'll make the trip down. I won't be brewing, so I'd love to get the wine bottled if you think it's possible. I have a floor corker if a second is needed, I really can't remember where the bottlenecks were during the last bottling.

Thanks for the update, I'd forgotten how much time had passed. I would love to drop by for a tasting, but spare time is rare right now. My instinctive reaction would be to blend them, but I will bow to the opinions of those who do the tasting.

Thanks again to Paul. I had a great time and really appreciate taking part in this. While I had a good handle on the entire process, it quickly becomes apparent how much of a difference there is between knowing it and doing it.

What time on Sunday? It looks like I'll be free by 11:00 am, then a hour+ drive and I should be there.

I am going to try and be there. Unfortunately, I have a previous commitment to help some friends move. It should be an easy move, but you never know. After that's done, I'll be driving down.

My manager just canceled my leave request for the 18th. I am a wee bit pissed. My Delaware trip is now questionable and doing anything on Monday is right out. I'll update if things change, but it doesn't look like I'll be able to make it.

I'll see what I can do, the current plans was to be driving back from Delaware that day. If I leave around 6 am, I might be able to get to your place by noon.
