This wont apply to me because my local gas supplier only does trades.

does the Co2 have to be cold?

The freezer I will be using to build a keezer will fit 4 cornies perectly. I will just have to build a collar. I plan on keeping the CO2 on the outside and running a hose through the collar. Then I got to thnking, will the warm co2 effect the cold beer? Does the co2 have to be refrigerated also?

Almost done with my keezer and have a few final questions

attach the regulator to a piece of scrap wood or sheet metal and then attach either one to the wood collar. The wood or sheet metal would act as a hanger.

Reattaching the handle portion of a corny keg

I think epoxy would be your best bet. Gorilla glue would also hold but it expands and you will need to clamp the handle in place.

    CO2 manifolds

Well I have a few pieces of 1" square aluminum stock that are 8" long. I also have a small machine shop(metal cutting lathe, drill press, grinders) so I thought I would build the manifold myself. I just wanted to see what others had so I could get a few ideas.

    CO2 manifolds

Hello All: I am in the process of accumulating parts to build my keezer. It will have room for 4 kegs. Right now my set up will only accomodate 1 keg and I want to expand it with a manifold. I have the tools and equipment to make my own manifold but I would like to see exactly what all is...

What to do with these kits?

The problem I see is that prehopped LMEs usually go bad after time because of the hopps. Are the cans bulging at all? If so, thats a sign that they are bad.

    Old label removal?

I fill an old cooler with hot water and powdered dish washing soap then leave it sit over night, the labels just fall off themselves. The cooler helps to keep the water hot longer.

How long can beer sit in a carboy?

I guess I'll just bite the bullet and bottle it up anyway. I would rather waste time than waste beer. LOL

How long can beer sit in a carboy?

I brewed this batch last December but have been really bust this past year. I kept holding off on bottling it because I am going to build a keezer. I have all the components to build it, I just cant seem to find the time. Anyway the beers been sitting for 10 months and now I want to start...

Just ruined 5 soda kegs - NOW WHAT?

Dont give up on them. I doubt that the ice stretched the openings. The rolled edges were probably pushed up and unrolled. I would try hammering them back into their original position. Get yourself a piece of 2x2 and cut it to fit just inside the tank so as to give support to the top. Then use a...
