    IMO for 5 gal batches you need 10 gal kettle. I would incourage you to consider MagaPots. I would say spigot is must have and thermometer is nice to have. Check MegaPots at Midwest Supply or Austin Homebrew Shop.

    You will get more fermentable wort. With your temps you should be doing O.K. So do not worry.
