    Best PLC/controller for keg washer

If there is anyone that can answer a few questions about ladder logic for Click PLC, I would greatly appreciate some help. I've got everything wired up in the control panel and, I believe, most of the software written, but am having trouble with the inputs in the software running the program...

I am in the process of building a professional keg washer and would really like to automate it. It will consist of 10 solenoid valves and 2 pumps. The heating element will be controlled separately by a PID. I would like to use Click by KOYO and a CMore screen, however I am not familiar with the...

Having trouble wiring motorized ball valve 5 wire

    Help with stalled Saison

Why does your mash schedule decrease in temp? It should start low and finish high. 140 to 158 over 2 hours will get you a great amount of fermentables. Or just 146 for 60 even will do it. Once you go up, you can't go back down.

    Malting Gluten Free Grains

celiacsurvivor, did you respond and then change your response? I got an email saying you think the sorgum is ok but the buckwheat is not? Now you think they both will work? I was under the impression that it is the hulled buckwheat that will sprout. I do appreciate any input. Nick

AHH...March Pump failing. Fan not spinning.

Still works today after that one time disassembly. Must run some pbw or oxyclean or some caustic through it. Normally do chiller and heating element in bk at the same time. Works great!

    Grainger Float Switch? Anyone?

Quick update, I am using these float switches inline to control contactors/relays on the AC side to protect against dry firing of elements and also to control a relay for auto sparge for a pump. If a SSR fails, it will fail closed with electricity flowing. All switches need to be on the AC side...

    Just finished my HERMS controller

I likewise did this for a while. On a keggle, I had the exposed wires out the back and the ground shoved into the little hole on the bottom of the keg. One slip and that kegs becomes charged with 240v. Not fun. Ive made quite a few of these boxes and they come out really well. and is fairly easy.
