It is still young give it time. Probably at least another month in the keg. I have been finding my beers taste a bunch better when older then when just weaned from the fermenters
Well completed my fourth AG and I think I might have finaly figured it out. Hit the marks dead on and came out wth a total eficiency according to beersmith of 71.5%. My previous 3 batches I made mistakes on but they wil be beer. The info on this forum is great and I will be donating soon.:mug:
Cut the beans up pt them in a jar with enought white rum to cover plus a little cap and add a week later. At least th\at is how I did mone and it turned out great. No secondary used.

So I am trying to figure out why, when I tell beersmith that I want to do a single infusion medium body mash for a 7 gallon boil it tells me to use 11.44qt of h2ofor the mash in and 6.41qt h2o for the mash out. That does not total even 5 gallons and I need 7. Is it normal to add H2O to the...
