Probably 20 Plato, which would be 1.083.

If you leave them in the fridge for a few days, the trub will get fairly compact at the base of the bottle. Then poor nice and slowly, and use the part of the bottle at the base of the neck (shoulder?) to catch any loose trub.

Brewing my first Saison this weekend. Hopefully, with the fermwrap and temp controller I got in this week, I can heat it up enough during fermentation.

I'm bottling a Dry Stout this weekend and bottling a Boulevard Irish Ale clone next weekend.

Saison-Brett and Tank 7 are my favorites. Goose Island Sofie is also pretty good, but personally I try not to buy Goose Island since the buyout.

I'm curious what "expensive micro-brew" and "cheap beer" were used in the taste test.
