yep. not alot to ferment @ that temp. that sucks. i hate when that happens.

i dont think i can agree with waiting to go AG. I made only 1 extract batch before going AG. And I've been building on that ever since.

i just made some blackberry ale and put in 4lb in the last 10 minutes of the boil and put 4lb in the secondary in a 10 gal batch because i couldnt decide. it turned out pretty good. the blackberry flavor is coming out a little more since ive had it in the keg for a month.

drinking beer is a serious matter and should not be degraded by sexual innuendo!

i use willamette hops and nottingham yeast. hazelnut extract at kegging/bottling helps the nutty.

i buy hops in bulk from hopsdirect and buy 2 months worth of recipes( i make my own) from brewmasterswarehouse. they have $6.99 shipping. but there are plenty of other places out there to buy from.
