    Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

    I just bottled my first batch of this today. It was my first all grain attempt, and it ended up stronger (about 5%) since I must have been distracted and added extra 2 row. Either way, the sample was remarkably clear and it tasted great so I can't wait for the bottles to finish conditioning.
