    Kolsch just about ready

    1st batch-1st FG-Oh so many options

    Well its been 9+ days since pitching my 1st yeast and the FV looks awesome-no airlock activity and my first FG is 1012. This is a cream ale OG 1040. Kit directions tell me to bottle but I think from what I have read here that I will wait a while longer. Color in gravity cylinder is awesome...

    Bottles Needed- Session Beer Will Be Purchased

    Been saving my Spotted Cow bottles from the New Glarus brewery. They look the same as the ones I would buy for 12.00/24. Also look the same as Sam Adams. I am newbe and have yet to bottle. One week into my first batch. Good luck!
