    1 Brew 2 different yeasts

    I guess this is the day to ask the 2 yeast question. I just posted a similar one, but not starting 2 different ones but waiting till the first stopped before dropping in the second. Good luck, I am interested if this different method may be better, worse, or just different.

    Suggestions? Huge Oatmeal Stout - fermentation help

    Secondary?

    I have one to! Old oil wells are not good as primary or secondary fermenters. Capping it is a problem and OHSA regulations are very expensive to deal with. A salt mine is better but will impart flavors to your beer.

    Same funky taste in every batch
