10 straight days of measurable rainfall

3 days of sunshine?!?!?! It must be nice. Here in PA from what I've seen we won't have sun until SUNday and that after that it will be rain rain rain. My 3rd year fuggles is already 5-7 ft tall and my 2nd year hops are about 2-3ft. I need to get out there to weed and put up my new trellis...

    List your favorite 3 beers

I whole heartedly agree with this one. All three of them are homebrew(yes I already know what i'm gonna drink next). Other than that it would be: 1) Guinness (yeah-yeah) 2) Magic Hat #9 3) Black Radish by Weeping Radish Brewco.

What do you do with all your beer?

I drink a lot. Give away a lot. Pary a lot. I still have 20+ kegs in my basement ready to be consumed. Plus I have about 30 gallons aging and fermenting right now. I have had to slow down my brewing because i'm running out of room and kegs.

Woo, just ordered a Barley Crusher!

The Barly Crusher is a great thing. I used a drill with it a few times instead of hand cranking it. Then one day i realized i had a 10 gallon air compressor that had a hole in the tank. So I ended up removing the motor and hooking it up to my mill. It's a beautiful thing.

I'm an Irish Catholic and i think if he could have, the big JC would have turned water into Stout instead of wine:mug:. But i tend to brew mostly on late late Saturday nights and on Sundays. When I brew it is loud! My neighbors have never said anything, in fact they stop by and help out. If they...

    Feline Attraction

My golden lab/retriever loves the stuff. If theres ever any spilled shes there lapping it up(She is a drunk). But my beagle and english springer spaniel usually leave it alone. The beagle though will hit the bottle periodocally depending on what it is.
